These terms govern the use of the LearnTrack Pro academic management platform for schools, staff, students, and guardians.
By accessing or using LearnTrack Pro, you agree to these terms. The platform is provided to support school administration, academic records management, communication, results processing, reporting, and related education workflows.
Only authorized administrators, teachers, students, and approved stakeholders may use the system. Users must not attempt to bypass permissions, interfere with operations, or access records without permission.
Each school is responsible for ensuring that student records, marks, grading scales, announcements, report card branding, and other data entered into the system are accurate, lawful, and up to date.
Schools must manage user accounts responsibly. Login details should not be shared carelessly. Nexwares Systems is not responsible for losses caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, or failure to control user access.
LearnTrack Pro may be improved, patched, updated, or maintained from time to time to improve functionality, security, and performance. Reasonable efforts should be made to protect data before major updates.
Report cards, PDFs, analytics, rankings, grades, and remarks are generated from the data and grading rules configured by the school. Schools are responsible for reviewing outputs before official use.
LearnTrack Pro, its layout, codebase, workflows, and branded implementation belong to Nexwares Systems unless otherwise agreed in writing. Schools retain ownership of their own academic data and uploaded assets.
Users must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, distribute unauthorized duplicates, inject malicious code, or use the system in a way that damages the platform, other users, or school operations.
LearnTrack Pro by Nexwares Systems is provided to support school operations, but schools remain responsible for verification of grades, promotions, student records, and official decisions. Nexwares Systems is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate input data, misuse, or unauthorized third-party access.
Access may be suspended or restricted where misuse, non-payment, unauthorized duplication, or security concerns arise.
Continued use of the system means the school and its users accept these terms and any reasonable future updates made to protect service quality and integrity.
